ALIMAK SE
Since its introduction in the 1960´s, the Alimak rack and pinion lift system has been chosen for numerous installations around the world in all kinds of industrial locations, outdoors and indoors. More than once, our engineers have redefined the way rack and pinion technology can be used to safely transport people and materials.
The new ALIMAK SE lift range builds on the experience gained from these installations and incorporates several interesting features that provides even more customer value than before. Although similar in overall design appearance to its predecessor, the upgraded ALIMAK SE lift range encompasses such refinements as:
The new intelligent control system (ALC-II) brings the efficiency and ease of use normally associated with hotel lifts to the industry. With ALC-II there is less stop time and greater availability for the lifts.
The new generation FC, Frequency Control with a closed loop system, improves the comfort. It delivers very smooth starting and stopping, thereby reducing wear and tear on lift components such as the brakes.
The upgraded Alimak overload sensing device (OSD-4) makes the lift even more user-friendly than its predecessor.

- Capacities from 300 kg to 2,400 kg
- 30 standard car sizes. The smallest floor area measures 0.78 x 1.04 m and the
largest 1.56 x 2.99 m. - Travelling speeds up to 1.0 m per second
- Lifting heights up to 250 m with standard accessories
- FC or direct-on-line motor controller
- Three optional car operating systems: fully collective, single-automatic or semi-automatic control system.
- Optional location of car door(s).
- Drive machinery located on the car (no costly machine room required)
- Electric cabinet inside the car, integrated in the wall
- Durable materials: extruded aluminium car wall panels with car support frame and mast sections of hot dip galvanised steel. All electric cabinets and landing control boxes of stainless steel. Stainless steel car walls available for extremely aggressive environments
- Wide range of optional extras
